Professional Supervision
Supervision is an opportunity for professionals to reflect on their work practice and discover possibilities for personal and professional growth. What it really provides is a space to be yourself, to explore, develop and reconnect with your professional self.
Together we explore what is working for you, what is challenging you or holding you back, and what issues you’d like to explore. It’s also an opportunity to look at what you’d like to achieve in your career and set goals for the future that bring you fulfilment.
In work that involves caring for others, such as health and the humanities, or advocating for and supporting others, such as the legal profession, management, pastoral care or teaching, there is a need to be able to debrief and process your experiences, creating separation between your work and home life, and your individual and professional identity. Professional supervision provides the space to enable that to happen.
(In most cases Professional Supervision is tax deductible as professional development.)
